Install Our Family Kitchen

Put the cookbook on your home screen.

Our Family Kitchen can be installed like an app from most modern browsers. This is the first step toward a full Android app experience.

Android

  1. Open our-family-kitchen.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the browser menu.
  3. Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
  4. Open it from your home screen like a normal app.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open our-family-kitchen.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.

Desktop

  1. Open the cookbook in Chrome, Edge, or another modern browser.
  2. Look for the install icon in the address bar or browser menu.
  3. Install it for a cleaner window without needing to hunt for the link.

What this does

Installing the cookbook does not create a paid account or send your private recipe notes to us. It simply gives the website an app-like shortcut, icon, and standalone window.
